Mr. Granata is a Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor registered with the Order of Chartered Accountants of Rome.

He graduated in Economic and Maritime Sciences from the Naval University of Naples in 1989.

In 1991, he obtained a Master’s Degree in Tax Law from the LUISS Guido Carli University of Rome, School of Management.

He has been a partner in the tax division of important national and international law and tax firms, as well as of major auditing firms.   

He is currently in charge of Quorum's Tax Law department, providing tax and corporate assistance to national and multinational companies operating in the industrial, commercial and service sectors (including express couriers, maritime transport, legal gambling and nursing homes accredited to the National Health Service). 

He has extensive experience in tax consultancy, both in relation to ordinary taxation (direct and indirect taxes) and one-off taxation arising from corporate restructurings, liquidations and M&A transactions. He regularly assists clients during tax audits as well as in the pre-litigation and litigation phases.

He is an adjunct professor of “Analysis and Accounting II” on the Economic and Financial Police Course at the School of Training for the Guardia di Finanza (since 2014). 

He is a Liquidator appointed by the Ministry of Economic Development for 2 companies under its supervision. 

Mr. Granata has been:
Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors of Ferrotramviaria Engineering S.p.A. since 22 February 2022;
Standing Auditor of Ferrotramviaria S.p.A. since 28 June 2013;
Standing Auditor of CHIMEC S.p.A. since 28 June 2012;
Alternate Auditor of Autostrade dello Stato S.p.A. since 9 April 2024;
Standing Auditor of Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena S.p.A. since 11 April 2024.
