Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena is continually committed to making the products and services offered on its website accessible and available to the widest possible audience, without discrimination or distinction.

For years we have been working on our digital banking channels for retail customers with cyclical testing and the conformity of web and App content to the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) WCAG 2.1, in order to make web content accessible to the majority of customers with disabilities.
We work every day using assistive technologies on the market, making websites and Apps readable through Screen Reader and integrated rotor in smartphones (e.g., Voice Over) and performing regular assessments to identify any technical and UX issues.

As part of this, Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena supports the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) with the aim to reduce all types of inequality by promoting the social, economic and political inclusion of all individuals, regardless of age, gender, disability, ethnicity, religion, financial status, or other.

A long and ambitious road
Accessibility is one of the factors that must always be taken into account. It is a principle that cannot be achieved through simple maintenance but must be pursued with constant commitment.
We are committed to making each new project accessible to everyone, but, sometimes, errors or imperfections can happen. For this reason, you can report to us any errors or issues you come across while using our websites and mobile applications.

Our goal
Our goal is to meet the accessibility requirements of Appendix A of UNI CEI EN 301549 with a careful and continuous usability evaluation to be carried out on all the channels available to our customers.

Reporting issues
You can report any accessibility issues to accessibile@mps.it
