The MPS Group is aware of the growing importance of environmental, social and Governance issues, and as such, it prepares an annual Non Financial Statement (NFS) in accordance with the provisions of Articles 3 and 4 of Italian Legislative Decree 254/2016 on the disclosure of non-financial information that is useful to ensure a better understanding of the company’s performance and results as well as the positive and negative impacts of its activity.

Environmental and social issues as well as attention to our stakeholders have always been an important asset for the Bank, which has sought to align its business activities with the principles laid down in the Code of Ethics, the key document that summarizes our fundamental values and sets out the models of behavior that we share.

UN Global Compact

On the basis of the values it shares, the Group has been supporting the UN Global Compact and its ten principles since 2002, with the aim of promoting sustainable growth in the interests of all our stakeholders.

The MPS Group reports on non-financial information in accordance with GRI Standards.
