Stefania Petruccioli

Ms. Petruccioli holds a degree in Business Studies from Bocconi University (1991) and is also a qualified Chartered Accountant and Auditor.

Since July 2014, she is Fund Manager of Principia SGR S.p.A., management company of venture and growth capital investment funds. 

From 2005 to 2014 she was Partner of Progressio SGR S.p.A., management company of private equity funds. 

From 2000 to 2005 she was Investment Manager of Convergenza Com S.A., an investment company active in the venture capital and private equity industry, focused on the media and telecommunications sectors. 

Previously, she had always worked in corporate finance and private equity. 

Over the course of her career, she has also been a member of the Board of Directors of a number of unlisted companies – part of the portfolios of managed funds – as well as listed companies. With regard to the latter, she has been member of the Board of Directors of Cairo Communication S.p.A. and of Best Union Company S.p.A.. 

She is currently a Board member of De’ Longhi S.p.A. (and member of the Control & Risk Committee), Interpump Group S.p.A. (and member of the Control & Risk Committee and of the Related-Parties Committee), RCS MediaGroup S.p.A (and member of the Control, Risk & Sustainability Committee as well as a member of the Remuneration and Nominations Committee) and  of F2A S.p.A.. 

Mrs Petruccioli has been an independent Director of Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena S.p.A. since 18 December 2017.
