Anna Girello

Degree in Economics & Business from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan.

She is listed in the National Register of Auditors as well as the Register of Chartered Accountants of Cuneo.

She is an advisor for the Court of Alba and an arbitrator and mediator for the Arbitration Court of Piedmont.

Throughout her career, she has taught several courses as lecturer at ISP Italia S.r.l., conferences on arbitration.

She is partner and director of Studio Studio Girello s.s. Dottori Commercialisti, based in Alba (Cuneo) and serves as auditor and director in a number of listed and non-listed companies, including E.I. Tower S.p.A., Italgelatine S.p.A., Sedamyl S.p.A., Delsanto S.p.A., Oikos 2006 S.r.l., Ondalba S.p.A..

She has been a member of the Bank's Board of Statutory Auditors since 16 April 2015.
