Enrico Grazzini

Degree in Philosophy from the University of Florence, Mr. Grazzini also attended the Specialist School of Information Technology and Statistics - IBM.

From 1979 to 1996 he worked for the Group Cassa di Risparmio di Firenze, first as a technical analyst and IT specialist in their Leasing Centre in Florence and later as Head of Organisation and IT for their Factoring Centre. Between 1991 he served as Head of Organisation within the Organisation and IT Division and subsequently as Head of Organisational Development within the Human Resources Division.

In 1996 he joined Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting) where he mainly dealt with companies in the banking sector, acquiring specific skills in the area of Change Management. During this period, he became partner and followed the merger of the three largest banks of the IntesaBCI Group (Cariplo, BCI, Ambrosiano & Veneto). From 2000, as the partner responsible for Business Development in Europe, he managed projects supporting Multinational Banking Development (Business Turnaround Programs) for the Groups IntesaBCI, Erste Bank and Abn Ambro.

Mr. Grazzini joined BMPS in 2002 as Head of Organisation and Technology. From 2008 to 2013 he was Deputy General Manager of MPS Leasing & Factoring S.p.A. and at the end of 2014 was re-appointed Head of Organisation of Banca MPS until 2016.

He currently serves as Chief Operating Officer.
