BMPS announces AXA as possible insurance partner

Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena today decided to begin exclusive talks with Axa with a view to setting up a joint venture in the insurance sector between the French company and BMPS’ subsidiaries Montepaschi Vita and Montepaschi Assicurazioni Danni.
