Banca Mps terminates shareholders' agrement relating to Banca Popolare di Spoleto

Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena has given notice of termination of the shareholders’ agreement concerning Banca Popolare di Spoleto to the cooperative company, Spoleto-credito e servizi società cooperativa.

The shareholders’ agreement was entered into by and between the shareholders of Spoleto-credito e servizi Società Cooperativa and Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena on 30 March 2010 in relation to 22,972,924 ordinary shares of Banca Popolare di Spoleto, accounting for 77.22% of its total share capital, listed on the ‘Italian Telematic Stock Market’ (Mercato Telematico Azionario, MTA).
