Siena, 21 March 2022 – In compliance with Consob Communication n. DME/9081707 of 16 September 2009, Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena S.p.A. informs that the reports of the Independent Auditors (PricewaterhouseCoopers) are available and express an unqualified opinion, both on the consolidated Financial Statements and on the draft separate Financial Statements. The reports also reference the content of the Explanatory Notes regarding going concern considerations.

The reports of the Independent Auditors - included in the consolidated Financial Statements and in the draft separate Financial Statements - are also attached to this press release.
