MPS Bank: the European Central Bank Approves the 2023 dividend proposal
Siena, 27 March 2024 - Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena (the “Bank”) announces that it has received the approval from the ECB regarding the proposal for the payment of a cash dividend per share of EUR 0.25, for a total amount of approximately EUR 315 million, to be submitted to the Bank’s Shareholders' Meeting convened on 11 April 2024.
The decision was taken following the application submitted by the Bank, in compliance with the provisions set forth by the 2023 SREP Decision.
