Banca MPS's extraordinary shareholders' meeting: quorum not reached on second call

Banca Monte dei Paschi informs that the Extraordinary Shareholders' meeting, scheduled for today at 9am in Viale Mazzini 23 on second call, did not reach the quorum for its regular constitution, in accordance with the requirements requested by the Law and the By Laws.

The Shareholders' meeting remains convened for tomorrow, 16 April 2015, at the same time and location, on third call for the extraordinary session and on second call for the ordinary session.
