BANCA MPS:THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS APPROVES THE 2025 DRAFT FINANCIAL STATEMENTS WITH PROPOSAL OF 2025 PROFIT DISTRIBUTION
Siena, 10 March 2026 - The Board of Directors of Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena S.p.A. (“BMPS” or the “Bank”), held today under the chairpersonship of Nicola Maione, approved the Bank’s draft financial statements and the Montepaschi Group’s draft consolidated financial statements as at 31 December 2025, confirming the preliminary results already approved by the Board and disclosed to the market on 10 February 2026, to which reference should be made.
The Board of Directors also decided to propose to the next Shareholders' Meeting on 15 April 2026 the payment of a cash dividend of EUR 0.86 per share, gross of statutory withholding taxes, for a total amount of approximately EUR 2.613 billion.
Said distribution, if approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting, will take place with an ex-dividend date on 18 May 2026, record date on 19 May 2026 and payment date on 20 May 2026.
