MONTE DEI PASCHI DI SIENA BANK: RESIGNATION OF MR STEFANO DI STEFANO
Siena, 11 February 2026 - Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena S.p.A. (the “Bank”) announces that Mr. Stefano Di Stefano, a non-independent director and member of the Risk and Sustainability Committee, resigned from office today, with immediate effect, for personal reasons and in connection with the commencement of investigations concerning him.
The Bank, having taken note of the decision taken, thanks Mr. Di Stefano for the service rendered in his capacity as a member of the Board of Directors throughout these years.
