The Board of Statutory Auditors assesses the requirements of its members, appointed by the shareholders’ meeting of 15 april 2026
Siena, 15 May 2026 – The Board of Statutory Auditors of Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena S.p.A., which met today, under the chairpersonship of Pierluigi Pace, acting as the competent body pursuant to Italian Ministerial Decree No. 169/2020, assessed, in respect of its members appointed by the Shareholders’ Meeting of 15 April 2026: Pierluigi Pace (Chairperson), Lavina Linguanti and Monica Vecchiati (Standing Auditors), as well as Francesca Sandrolini and Alberto Sodini (Alternate Auditors), the fulfilment of the requirements, in particular the independence requirements, and suitability criteria provided for under the applicable laws and regulations and the By-Laws.
