Siena, 27 March 2026 – With reference to the press release issued on 25 March, 2026, the Bank informs that in connection with the preliminary interactions carried out with CONSOB and the European Central Bank, on the basis of the respective competences and the information received so far, all of the three lists presented can be voted by the Shareholders.
