Siena, 27 August 2026 – We hereby inform that the Information Document relating to a transaction of major significance with a related party, concerning a voluntary all-share public exchange offer (the "Offer") for the shares of Banca Generali S.p.A. launched by Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena S.p.A. (the "Bank"), is available, together with the favourable opinion of the Related-Party Transactions Committee, at the Bank's registered office in Siena, Piazza Salimbeni No. 3, and on the authorised storage platform eMarket STORAGE, accessible at www.emarketstorage.com, as well as on the website www.gruppomps.it in the Corporate Governance – Related-Party Transactions section.
This document has been drawn up in accordance with Article 5 of CONSOB Regulation No. 17221/2010 and in compliance with Annex 4 to that Regulation.
