Approval of the Board of Directors' regulation concerning the submission of its own slate of candidates
Siena, 28 January 2026 – The Board of Directors, which met today under the chairpersonship of Nicola Maione, concluded its activities by approving the Board of Directors’ regulation concerning the submission of its own slate of candidates, to be submitted to the market in view of the Shareholders’ Meeting scheduled for 15 April 2026.
The text of the regulation – consistent with best market practice among large Italian intermediaries – ensure an adequate formalization of the governance framework, guaranteeing the utmost transparency with respect to any potentially relevant situations, as in the present case, and allowing all directors in office to participate in the decisions of the Board of Directors.
