Siena, 21 March 2019 – Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Article 70, paragraph 7, letter c) of CONSOB Regulation No. 11971 of 14 May 1999, as subsequently amended and extended, the minute of the Board of Directors’ resolution of Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena S.p.A. (“BMPS”) approving the merger by way of incorporation of Perimetro Gestione Proprietà Immobiliari S.C.p.A. into BMPS, held on 28 February 2019 pursuant to Articles 2365 and 2505, Paragraph 2, of the Italian Civil Code and Article 17 of BMPS’s By-laws and registered at the Companies’ Register of Arezzo-Siena on 4 March 2019 has been made available to the public at the registered office of BMPS in Siena, Piazza Salimbeni no. 3, on the market management company, Borsa Italiana S.p.A., on the authorized storage mechanism “eMarket STORAGE” at the website www.emarketstorage.com and on the website of BMPS at www.mps.it.
