Born in Bari on 14 June 1964, Mr. Fallacara is registered as a member of the Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts in Rome and is a registered Auditor, after obtaining a degree in Economics and Business Administration - specializing in Corporate Finance - from L.U.I.S.S. in Rome.

He is Adjunct Professor at the Luiss Business School, Adjunct Professor of International Accounting, Advanced Accounting Techniques at the Faculty of Economics - UNINT University of International Studies in Rome and Adjunct Professor of Financial Accounting for the Business Administration degree at Pegaso International University, Higher Education Institution in Malta.

He serves as Chairman of the Boards of Statutory Auditors of listed companies such as Maire Tecnimont S.p.A and Tim S.p.A and holds positions in the administration, control and audit bodies of other non-listed companies.

He carries out his professional activity at his firms in Rome and Milan, specialising in tax consultancy, corporate consultancy, tax litigation, auditing and entities.

He is a Technical Expert and Consultant for the Civil and Criminal Court of Rome.

Since 2001, he has been a member of the scientific committee of the Institute for Corporate Governance and a speaker at conferences, seminars and meetings organized by the Order of Chartered Accountants and other public and private bodies, as well as on Master’s courses in taxation.
