F.R.E.S.H. Conversione obbligazioni 2004

Con riferimento all’emissione di titoli obbligazionariconvertibili Floating Rate Equity-linked Subordinated Hybrid PreferredSecurities (“F.R.E.S.H.”), come da delibera assembleare del 15 gennaio 2004, si rende noto che, nella finestra di conversione di settembre 2008, sonopervenute richieste di conversione per un ammontare complessivo di €139.300.566,80 a fronte delle quali saranno emesse, al prezzo di conversionedi € 2,63, n. 52.965.994 azioni ordinarie BMPS, pari a circa lo 0,96% delcapitale ordinario ante conversione. Il numero di azioni ordinarie passerà pertanto da n. 5.492.986.286 azioni a n. 5.545.952.280 azioni e il capitalesociale passerà da € 4.451.299.156,28 a € 4.486.786.372,26.
